You hereby authorize the processing of your personal data by LEXINTER ABOGADOS, S.L. (hereinafter, “LEXINTER”). The purposes of the processing of your data may be the management of clients, legal advice, legal defense or economical or tax managing (in any case, the fulfillment of the services for which we are contracted); we will also process your data to offer you information about our products or services, which we deem may be of your interest. The recipients of your data are LEXINTER personnel, its lawyers and other processors required for the rendering of the services arranged; your personal data will be communicated to public administrations and organisms when it is mandatory by law or by virtue of a judicial or administrative resolution. As data subject, you have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and, if any, to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, which you can exercise in the postal address above mentioned or by email to lexinter@lexinter.es, in both cases providing the proper identification with your identity card or passport and fulfilling the legal requirements to do so; should you act representing the data subject, under a legal or voluntary representation, you would have to send us the document certifying such representation and the corresponding identity document as well. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the rendering of the services arranged; it is not mandatory for you to provide us with your data, but it is advisable for the appropriate rendering of the services agreed; the processing of your personal data to send you advertising of our products or services is based on the legitimate interest of this law office, considering the existing commercial relationship and without prejudice of your right to object to processing, which you can exercise in the terms above mentioned including as subject “DROP OUT GDPR”, such objection will not prejudice the rendering of the services. We will keep your data while the commercial relationship is alive and, once it is finished, we will keep them during the necessary period of time for the exercise or defense of claims and, if you do not exercise your rights, the personal data will stop being retained when the law or the contractual obligations allow to do so. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Besides, you are also informed that there are no automated decision-making, including profiling, and that the controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, unless it were necessary for the rendering of the service arranged, in which case the law in force would be fulfilled.
